Where does my drive come from....
I don't know why but, I get urged on when someone tells me that I can't do something or that something is just a waste of time and won't produce anything of worth. Maybe it's my background, but that's how it's been and that's how I will be.
I don't necessarily get feeling of "I have to prove them wrong" but, instead get feelings of "I know it can be done and I am going to show myself."
I started noticing it with P90X. No one said to me... "Nate you can't do P90X and do it the right way". When I would bring it up I would hear "It's a great program but ...." or "I'd get better results doing...." I'm not saying everyone is like that. It's little stabs like that from people that push me to go harder. What has come out of those stabs?? I am on day 6 of P90X and though I have lost around 10 pounds, the key is that I have maintained that weight and have seen visible evidence that I am doing it the right way. I am getting results. Granted there have been people that have urged me in a good way, but I find it more exhilarating to think of how I heard bad things about something and I show myself true. And showing myself true through hard work and perseverance.
Then it got me thinking about other things...
When Beck and I got married, no one said we weren't right for each other. Just had little jabs acting as if the way we were doing it was leading to failure. And some from people that are well respected and rightfully so. Others may have forgotten. But 10 years and 4 kids later I still remember and feel satisfied in the fact that it wasn't a failure at all. Again through hard work and perseverance.
And now whether people discount it or not I believe in One24. I have heard the stories of those in it and believe that it is a opportunity for success. It is a way to change your life financially and health-wise. It is a solid company that wants you to succeed. I have heard the small stabs, not meaning to be hurtful (I understand they have been jokes or statements in jest), but urging me none the less. I have been working hard and I know success will be the end result.
I have learned to not be mad at others opinions. (A lesson many Americans and people in general would be better off by learning) I have learned that you can use them as a way to better yourself through hard work and perseverance. That sometimes people live off of emotion and miss things that could have made their life better. That the saying is true, "when the going gets tough, the tough get going". That I am going to be tough in working hard to make my life and my families life better. They are mainly who I am accountable for. That I'd rather push hard for the right things and miss then to sit and write things off as not applicable or worth trying. And it is ok to have conviction in something and to drive towards it. That's what I want my kids to learn. That's what I want to show others. Hard work and Drive pay off.
I have been checking off "Bucket List" items. With or without money. Mainly because of effort. Have you? Have you been doing things you always wanted to. Have you tried? Yes it has been a sacrifice at times. I want to be healthy and be back in shape the way I was. I want to be financially free to help my family and others. I want to work for myself. I want to finish life with vigor and excitement. I DON'T want to look back and say " Man I wish I would have tried this or done that" You aren't promised to breathe your next breath. You aren't promised anything. You don't know what could happen. Be grateful for what you have and push forward to what you want. Build a drive to be successful. I don't regret having one build up in me.
I thank God everyday that he wakes me up and puts me in position to be successful. I thank God for my family. I thank God for a brain that is healthy and unabated. I thank God for everything I have. Am I perfect.... NO WAY. But again that's why there is grace.
Whether or not you believe any of those things I recommend you wake up the same way. Thankful and grateful and ready to go. Use what others say as motivation in your life, whether what they say is good or bad. It will change your thinking and inevitably your life.

Natraburst flexing its' muscles.
So as many of you know, I have started P90X. Grueling, uptempo, workout program built to get you ripped in 90 days. I am preparing for my 3rd day and am looking forward to it. Part of the reason is because of the recovery and energy I am getting from Natraburst.
A main portion of P90X is your diet and especially how you help your muscles recover so you can continue to go at it. They work to provide you with a drink that they say is the best possible option to get results. Natraburst in its place has gone far and above what I could have expected. Before I get too far ahead of myself, I would be selling Natraburst short if I didn't start from the beginning.

I took a short nap til around 530 pm and woke up feeling great. Ate a decent meal and it felt as if I had slept a full night the night before. Passed test one.
I took the product Sunday and felt great all day.
Major Test Two. The recovery after my first P90X workout. i had a rough workout... as noted on my Facebook... Mixed with Apple juice, I didn't feel like drinking it but took it all in. The hours after were incredible. I felt great and had minimal hunger feelings for about an hour and a half. My muscles felt great and I had tons of energy. It was almost as if I hadn't even done my first workout at all. Drank it today after my second day of workouts and I felt great again.

Brand New Life in 2011
Was sitting and contemplating what was to come this year. With my transition into better eating and exercise, I realized that it looks like everything could be changing in my life. Healthier lifestyle, stronger financial plan, longer family times and just an overall sense of organization.
My wife has been very supportive and is joining me in this change of lifestyle to make ourselves better, healthier people. An obvious byproduct of that will be more time together and times of encouragement and fun. It will be great to work together for a common goal.
Then I thought, this is how it should be in all aspects. Not just with my family, but with my work, business ventures, friendships, and any other interactions. Bringing to the forefront of my mind the work I have been putting in day in and day out into One24. Creating a new website. (drive2succeed.webs.com) Learning the ins and outs of network and online marketing. Ordering business cards. Incorporating Natraburst into my diet on a daily basis. It brings life to my being and urges me to help others more and more.
I want others to enjoy the excitement and vigor that comes with being apart of a life-changing opportunity. Will everyone see the potential and jump to be apart of it? No, and I don't expect them too. Instead I can continue to work hard, see the reward for that hard work, and hope that others will see the value before it is too late to be rewarded as well.
24 months to build a retirement income sounds ludicrous. But you can do whatever you put your mind too. If you have the inner drive and the vision of potential in the vehicle you are using, you can make it happen. You can make 2011 whatever YOU want it to be. You CAN make a difference in the direction of your life. You can BE whoever you want to be. You can make 2011 a SUCCESSFUL year. I know that is my aim.

Something Big on the Horizon
Just got some info that could be life changing. In a world where economies are failing and people are hurting, I may, thru the help of my brother, stumbled onto a couple of opportunities that will change my whole way of life. It could open me up to helping people more. It could allow me to be free in life and create a means to an end. I know that the first income stream I have found online is legit and it is working, but the new one that I found is revolutionary. And everywhere I look it is seemingly legitimate and has changed people's lives. Had to get on here and post a short blog about my excitement and the hopes of a new future. Things have been changing and I felt it coming about a month ago. Just is nice to know that things have not been going to deaf ears. That there is someone who is listening and cares for me and my family. We have been in a position where just making it by is the norm. But I can feel that shifting and changing and I hope that things are how they feel and what they seem. We have never complained about where we are in life and have had many good times. But there are better days ahead and there are days that could blow our pasts out of the water. I will keep you informed and I will look forward to spreading the word. I wouldn't spread the word on something if I didn't believe in it. Here's to a great 2011.
